新年新玩具: Philips Airfryer XL

睇咗一大輪嘅免油炸煱, 因為已經有光波爐, 加上成$2400... 結果綱上recipes加上見到有discount ($2040!), 終於買咗, 12/31送貨!


第一時間試炸frozen fries, 免defrost 200F 10mins.


落d鹽, 食得!

再試埋德國咸豬手


之前見d谷友話要風乾2日再炸, 自己心急, 加上呢隻係一田frozen咗"葉"晒味, 就咁炸200F 10mins...

3mins過咗... 部機死咗, 冇反應...

嗱淋睇menu... nothing related.

Email埋去Philips CS, 冇開門...

好彩FB個Airfryer group d谷友有人幫... 原來overheated... 嚇死我...

10mins後終於着番, 再炸7mins, 反轉又10mins... 冇事


個皮好脆... d肉好"un"... 睇嚟下次唔懶得!


再試氣炸燒賣... 真是他媽的難食!



之後759炸蝦, 冇落油都"beat"咗咁多出嚟! 又幾ok bor...


最後嗰次跟書整spicy chicken, 超好味, d肉滑到呢...


爐底有咁多油"beat"咗出嚟... 如果冇用呢部嘢呢d油咪食晒?!

PS: Philips CS有回email, 話未試過有機overheat! 叫我再有問題枱部機去check... 唔好玩啦 :-(

Airfryer缺點:
1. 勁大煙, 睇住d煙標出嚟, 攪到間屋火燭咁
2. 成日想試炸新嘢, 因為太方便, 結果有晚臨瞓都要炸包魚食, 真大鑊
